The Volvo S60 T8 Polestar Engineered is the performance-focused version of Volvo’s midsize sedan, developed in collaboration with Polestar—Volvo’s former racing and performance division. It combines electrified power with track-inspired handling upgrades, offering a blend of efficiency, refinement, and genuine performance capability.
At its core, the car uses a 2.0-liter supercharged and turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor, producing a combined output of 415 hp and 670 Nm of torque (figures may vary slightly by market). Power is delivered through all-wheel drive, with the electric motor driving the rear wheels. The result is strong acceleration, with 0–100 km/h in about 4.4 seconds.
The Polestar Engineered package brings major chassis upgrades, including Öhlins adjustable dampers, Brembo (or Akebono) high-performance brakes, and a chassis tuned for sharper response and flatter cornering. Lightweight forged wheels and subtle exterior touches—black grille, gold brake calipers, gold seatbelts—distinguish it visually from standard S60 models.
