The Bugatti Chiron, introduced in 2016 as the successor to the Veyron, represents the next evolution of Bugatti’s hypercar philosophy. It was designed to push performance, luxury, and engineering to even greater extremes while maintaining everyday drivability.
The Chiron is powered by an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine producing 1,500 horsepower and 1,600 Nm of torque in its standard form. Power is delivered to all four wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 2.4 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 420 km/h (261 mph) with the optional Speed Key.
Built around a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque, the Chiron features advanced active aerodynamics, adaptive suspension, and a highly sophisticated cooling system to manage the immense power output. Despite its extreme performance, the interior offers handcrafted luxury, premium materials, and a clean, elegant design that reflects Bugatti’s heritage.
With multiple special editions such as the Chiron Sport, Pur Sport, and Super Sport, the Chiron continues Bugatti’s tradition of combining unmatched speed, exclusivity, and craftsmanship in a limited-production hypercar.
